Questions

How long does delivery take?

Two to five working days in the UK once the order is confirmed. If you need it for a particular date, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can make it.

Is this right for the child I have in mind?

The books are for ages three to eight and read aloud in about five minutes. Neither names a diagnosis, so they work as a shared read for a whole class as well as for one child. If you are unsure which suits better, ask us.

Can I return it?

Yes — within 30 days, unread and in its original condition. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Do you sell to schools?

We do, with class-set pricing from ten copies and invoices or purchase orders accepted. Everything is on the Schools & institutions page.
