Questions schools ask
Can you invoice our school?
Yes. Send a purchase order, or use the form on this page and ask for an invoice. We raise it against your school's billing address with 30-day terms, and the books go out as soon as the order is confirmed.
Is there a minimum order?
Class-set pricing starts at ten copies of one title. Below that, the single books and the two-book bundle are on the Products page at the usual prices.
Can we mix the two titles?
Yes. Each class set is one title, so add one set of each to the basket, the price per book is worked out per set, and they arrive together.
How long does delivery take?
Two to five working days in the UK once an order is confirmed. If you need them for a particular date, put it in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Who are the books for?
Ages three to eight, read aloud in about five minutes. Through Bear's Eyes is for a child who feels everything a little more; Through Fox's Eyes is for a child with more ideas than minutes. Neither names a diagnosis, so they work as a shared read for a whole class, not just for one child.
Do the prices include VAT?
Printed books are zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so the price you see is the price you pay. You will get a full receipt by email either way.
